The customer service at this dealership has been horrible from the start. We have had our XC90 for a little over one year and nothing but issues. From plates, to brakes, AC, suspension, to dash computer issues. You would think a luxury dealership would have great customer service but they fail on every part. I will be calling Volvo Cars to make a complaint about the service or lack of that I’ve had to endure with this dealership. It has been a horrible year. Run guys, RUN! If you want a Volvo, rethink or buy from somewhere else.
