I have shopped here for years and had no problems. But recently I’ve noticed items not ringing up properly.I added up the total of my items, It was roughly $85 dollars, before the 50% and 30% discount on a 13 items. So my total should have been less than $85+ tax.I was charged $88.92 + $7.34= $96.26This Children’s Romper was listed at $1.98 but sold for $3.98.

If you’re planning a thrift store route don’t come here.. Avoid this place. They had used boots for $150-$200. Nike used for $299. Shirts are a little pricey. Goodwill is cheaper in comparison, once and a while they’ll be high price too, but not as bad as this store.

I am a frequent shopper and donar of Texas Thrift on 410 and Ingram in San Antonio. I love your company. On Friday April 23, I had a negative experience and wanted to report this experience. My husband and I were shopping and he spotted an item, a Harley Davidson leather vest. He inquired on the price and Delia ( the manager on shift) indicated $49.99. My husband overheard her tell another employee the price on 2 occasions. My husband request this be placed on hold for him for the time of checkout. I encourage him to purchase of at that instant since he has overheard Delia indicate someone else had an interest in the item. I was concerned the item would not be held. As we continued to shop my husband noticed the item being shown to another customer, only the price was now $99. We immediately inquired why the item as being shown and why the price has changed. I also questioned why there was no tag to indicate set price. Delia reported she was the manager and had the right to set the price. She proceeded to take the item to the back and along they way indicated it would be priced at $149I am upset at the dishonest practice and would like to bring it up attention. We shop at Texas Thrift at the hope of attaining what at times seems unattainable. I am not angry at the price, rather the dishonesty.
