To add some context I have been a Cricket customer since 2009. Meaning I have seen the demographics of this particular location change over time. Today will be the last time I patronize this location. The sales people don’t seem all that interested in helping or making their sale. For example when I went in three sales people were in the store only one gave us a greeting and one lady literally sat on a box playing with her phone within line of sight of customers the entire time I was in the store. Then the salesperson who did assist me, let me leave without purchasing the phone that I wanted because I asked for the rebate that I was duely owed for my contract type. Cricket has given up many perks since being acquired by AT&T it seems that the A1customer service has finally gone too.

This visit was to pull out a couple of numbers and add a new number to a new account. It went smooth, very attentive representative, they took their time to explained everything while working on my case. Highly recommended. I hardly gives 5 start rating on my reviews.
