I love my local HEB! It’s taken a while to learn my way around since the remodel but the choices are fantastic. The fresh vegetables are a treat. Prices are comparable. When I travel out of the area, I surely miss my local store.

This afternoon I called HEB because I got a text that the roses I ordered were not in stock. I called and spoke to Josh and told him that it was my birthday and I was buying the roses for myself. I asked for other flowers that were available. He found a beautiful bouquet. When I went to pick up my order he went to my car and surprised me with a birthday balloon and chocolate chip cookies and he wished me a happy birthday. I order curbside because I suffer from anxiety and depression. Crowds scare me and watching the news that show violence depresses me. Knowing that HEB employees like Josh show kindness and care about customers like me makes my heart super happy. Thank you, Josh, and HEB for your kindness!!!! You made my day extra special!!!
