Staff was very professional and work fees were very reasonable; had outer fender, inner fender, bumper and grille replaced from past accident on my ‘75 Dodge D100. Don’t let the getto like area make you uncomfortable from the best Service I’ve seen for you and your car. was completely comfortable leaving my 2010 Jag in there care.These guys really take care of you, from making time for you, to getting the rental car ready for you. Best Paint and Body has been doing this for sometime now and they know how things operate in terms of insurance wait time and informing you what to expect, and giving you updates in the process. The Fixing part was also done pretty well all things considering, there was some little bits of white residue left all over my car but was able to scratch that off. If your patient enough to understand the whole process then you won’t find a better place in Killeen. If you also have some parts you would like to add-on but afraid you might mess it up yourself, they will also add any additions to the car while they fix it.
