The Most Amazing Dress Experience EverI cannot recommend Lady Gray Dress Shop enough after my recent experience with them! I went into the shop having no idea what I wanted and was really only planning on browsing. Tina and Jamie were so kind and patient in helping me try on numerous dresses and I ended up finding the PERFECT one. I was able to add custom sleeves to the dress I chose. Tina worked with me every step of the way to pick the design, length, etc. Due to the pandemic my fiance and I had to make the tough decision to postpone our wedding. Tina was so understanding and flexible, always kept in communication via email or phone call. She kept my dress stored safe amid the crisis. When the guidelines allowed the shop to re-open I was able to go in for my final fitting. Tina and Jamie took all of the necessary steps to clean, disinfect, social distance, and make sure that we were comfortable. Even with these small obstacles, Tina and Jamie made me feel like the most important person in the room! I’m more than happy to recommend this shop to one and all. Overall Lady Gray provides you with a luxury boutique experience no matter what your budget is. Thank you and I cannot wait to wear my dress next year!!
