After many years of spending countless amount of money at this store. Was at the cologne counter at closing purchasing cologne. Now keep in mind I spend over 500 dollars every time I buy cologne. In fact most of the time I come in there I spend an average of 800 or more. The manager walks up to me in the middle of me trying to purchase my items with cashier and ask me if I am going to buy something or not and if not I need you to leave. Now I am with the cashier remind you and she working as fast as she can to ring the stuff up. All she can do was apologize for her manager. Now I was getting ready to purchase 4 bottles all over 100 dollars a each and only 4 because It was late. The last time about every 3 months I restock. I just bought about 10 bottles from crystal the manager a few months ago there. Which I usually only deal with her. But she was off this day. Never been treated at any Dillards like that. I will never spend any money at this Dillards in Beaumont ever again.
