If there were an option for zero stars, I would have used it. I went to the laundry because I have a comforter that needed washing. I deposited money into the machine, the coin count never changed. I eventually ended up putting $10 in the machine and it didn’t work. I went next door to the store to see if I could get a refund, the guy in the store told me it was my fault that I lost the money. He refused to even look at the surveillance cameras to make sure I did in fact put money in the machine. He told me for $8.50 he would prove the machine worked. I had already lost $10, I have no idea what made him think I was going to give him another $8.50. This guy claimed to be the manager. If that is in fact true…..they are thieves. I don’t have $10 to give away, but apparently I did. Do not patronize this establishment!!!!

THE LADY THAT IS WORKING THIS SUNDAY OCT 21 I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. THE WASHER TOOK MY MONEY N I DIDNT NOTICE THAT IT WAS NOT ON N ITS NOT MY FAULT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SIGN ON IT STATING IT WAS NOT WORKING. SO THE LADY PLACED EVERYBODY ELSE MONEY IN THERE HAND (WHITE PEOPLE) BUT SHE SEEM LIKE SHE HAD AN ATTIUDE ANYWAY ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT U WORKING TONIGHT. TAKE THAT UP WITH YOUR MANAGER LADY. ANYWAY WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY REFUND SHE LAID MY MONEY ON THE CORNER. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE NEVER LAID A CUSTOMER MONEY DOWN EVEN IF THEY THROW THE MONEY AT ME. IF YOU DON’T HANDLE THIS I WILL GO ABOVE YOU GUYS HEADS TO THE HOME OFFICE I FAULT LIKE IT WAS DISCRIMINATION! I ALWAYS COME HERE TO WASH BUT AFTER TODAY I NEVER COME BACK TO THIS AWFUL PLACE N SPEND MY MONEY
