We just moved here from Florida to start a business. I bought over 400 dollars of bathroom supplies. Installed everything but two things that were defective. Came back to return and was accused of returning an old item even tho they just seen me buy it the day before. They denied the exchange and offered repair kit. I am not fixing a brand new item .that’s BS. I cant believe they wanted me to fix that junk they sold me. As furious as I was about the situation and that of being called a liar. Just to get out of there and finish the project on our premises I spend another 50 dollars on a new item because they denied the exchange. If you purchase here. Have them probe you the item works before you buy it or you might just go through what I went through today. They have a lot of faith in their made in China products that they are willing to lose first time customers. That is the last dollar they will get from us . No doubt they make money . Our money is never supporting this store or its other locations ever.

I asked to purchase a soap dispenser but was informed we are out clearly there were models on the wall so I asked him to clarify as I pointed out the items on the wall. Again, he stated we are out. He then asked if I had an account with them, I stated no I don’t. The reply I got well that’s another issue Apparently, they only sell the well stocked. dispensers to their existing accounts. Since I own a cleaning business I asked if I could open an account. He stated it don’t work that way I asked well how does it work and was then informed in a very sharp rude manner, we aren’t opening new accounts because we are getting to many requests for new accounts. The staff were rude, I’ll never do business there again and I’m researching who the GM is and will advise him to look at all the negative reviews his staff are earning.
