Employee was extremely rude and impatient. Once I took off with the bike, the chain broke…I had to walk it back for over 2 miles. They offered not even an apology. Too many bikes shops in the area to deal with these unprofessional people!!! Never going there again.

Highly recommend! Great service, bikes were in excellent condition and baskets and locks included! We brought our own helmets and I believe they are also included. Did whole day rental for 2 adults and 3 kids. Great location to bike paths along the beach and to a favorite local ice cream shop. The kids enjoyed how Omar welcomed them and how he adjusted their bikes to the perfect height. They also have a souvenir penny machine so bring 2 quarters and a shiny penny! Enjoy and tell Omar the family of 5 from PA says hello.
