The American Cancer Society’s Discovery Shop offers a fine selection of new and lightly used clothing, furniture, jewelry and books. The volunteer staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, with many special sales throughout the year.Wheelchair accessible from the free parking area in the rear and the underground lot, accessable from the rear parking area. An elevator serves the underground parking. Limited street parking in front of the store which is not wheelchair compatible, due to several steps. Bathrooms are ADA compliant, but require a key that is available at the Discovery Shop.

Quality has decreased for the men’s selection. I realize this may be out of their control – but it used to be that there were some real great deals here and now’s it just ugly old men’s shirts. The women’s too, not quite as edgy.
