Walked in the store and had to wait 55 minutes to be helped despite the fact that there were 3 other customers and 4 other employees. One was waiting to check in other customers, but nobody else came. Once I was helped it all went quickly at least.

I came in to get a replacement SIM card and ended up getting a tablet. Not bad for the price, but the salesperson was overly persistent and almost overwhelming, not to knowledgeable about the new Samsung tablet. I’m no technology guru, but I have looked into this tablet enough to know that a lot of what he was saying was not true, but sales techniques. Overall, not a horrible experience.
