I’m pretty upset that the 7-Eleven location on Lincoln and Phillips in Yuba City has a female employee who disregarded my payment method. I came in to cash a winning scratcher ticket, and then I wanted to get a drink. The ticket was my friend’s, and I wanted to give them the money from it and pay for my drink separately with my card- the female employee, who I told this to twice, looked at me and said no. I give you dollar back. You’re done. And took the money won fun the tickets and REFUSED to let me post with my card! She literally told me I was done! I am appalled!I was FLOORED! it was so rude, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable! I didn’t want to make a scene, but I am extremely upset not just at her actions, but the manner in which she so rudely and indignantly treated me. I will continue to complain about this incident until action is taken. I would give zero stars if possible

BEST 7-Eleven I have personally been to… FAST and Convenient. There are a couple of fantastic employees at this particular location. They are very friendly and helpful every single time they see me, sometimes more then once a day! They always keep it clean and tidy. The prices are slightly higher then a grocery store, but that is what we come to expect from a convenience store like this.
