Brand new resident here! I moved to 442 Residences a few months ago and so far it has been great! Since my initial tour, Joey, literally the sweetest person you’ll ever met, has been so helpful. From beginning to end Joey made the move in process from my previous apartment in Long Beach seamless. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about both the residents and the property. The community is always pristine clean, and maintenance does a job well done! Kudos to Ellie as well, she is super sweet and down to earth! The community may not have all the bells and whistles but the staff truly makes you feel at home, which makes up for everything else.

Absolutely love living here. I moved in during the middle of the pandemic and it went very smooth. The design of my unit is first class and the staff at the property are very helpful. Thank you to Joey, Ellie, and Nathalia for making 442 a great place to live.
