The customer service there is the worst! I bought my daughter a Santa Cruz hoodie and when we got home we saw a huge coffee stain on it. I went back to return it and the store manager told me that since I didn’t have a receipt I could only exchange it for the same product. They didn’t have her size there so we ended up with a huge sweatshirt that she can’t even wear. I showed the employee my credit card date of purchase but they still wouldn’t refund me or even give store credit! On top of that all the store manager made it seem like it was my fault and made sarcastic remarks the entire time. Will NEVER shop at there location again
