One employee literally had his mask under his chin and was smiling at customers. *eye rollThe music was extremely loud. I get it, it’s probably part of the brand but the adults have the wallet and they don’t appreciate the constant loud music.Pretty cool skateboards though. Decent selection of apparel.

there’s nice/chill people who work there but had an uncomfortable experience right when I walked in, the greeters only job is to create a welcoming atmosphere and to be the face of the company, that simple standard wasn’t met. Asked how he was doing got a cold one word response as if I was burdening him. I tried to ask if they were hiring as well, and he gave me the same energy. made us too uncomfortable to continue shopping.

Terrible customer service lol. Had a bad experience, with a very rude employee. He was disrespectful and said a snarky comment as we were leaving. Will not be coming back.
