Terrible customer service! I came in to return unwanted Christmas gifts I purchased online of over $400. The store Manager gave me a hard time with my return clearly she didn’t want to give me my refund! She was asking for more than one drivers license. Insisting drivers license is needed to return or else cannot do return! After a long wait with a toddler outside just to get in! Giving me problems with my return! I asked for her name she said she did not have to give me her name! Absolutely rude and unprofessional! The employees were also very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! I will never come back here again to shop or waste my time and money. Very upset!

Not bad.. super friendly service! I bought a hat and got a second sweet Champion hat for 50% off of .97 cents… so like .48 cents lol. Works for me!

Let’s make no mistakes here; Zumiez is a hallmark of melrose for good reason. The only store worth going to on this block in my humble opinion (don’t be fooled by the sneaker pop ups, it’s just an excuse for people to Instagram themselves standing in a line).
