I adore this store. My oasis. I really like the ladies in the store. I have been going there as loyal customer for almost. 2 yrs.. perhaps the comment with 1 star was due to the type of clientele that the Americana caters to in general. Your loss. The staff could not be better. Patience is a virtue.

Came in this afternoon…was planning on getting a dress for a wedding event and was so turned off by my experience I walked out. The woman with the short brown hair was so rude/ completely standoffish. She didn’t help me or even ask what I came in for. She proceeded to stare at the computer for he entirety of my visit. Horrible experience. Won’t return.

The girls at the store are great! They go out of the way to run up and down the stairs for sizes. Be patient some times they are single coverage and have to wait on few customers at time. I will be back soon. I’m Spanish and never once felt like the girls were racist. Xxoo
