Our Samsung refrigerator was freezing up the back panel. (I would not recommend this product.) I called Zema’s. They were professional, and efficient. Bill explained these refrigerators have a built-in issue which need a fix. He and his son came to my house. Worked as a team, quiet as can be. Now, with the new heat element installed, it’s working great. Zema’s remind me of small town service. They have a good reputation.

Great service and very professional. Highly recommended! Our dryer stopped working unexpectedly, we called in the morning, and they were able to fit in coming by our home within just a few hours. While here, they were also able to diagnose and fix an annoying tweak with our washing machine. It turns out the dryer was repairable, but it would’ve cost just as much to repair as to replace it. They were upfront about this and went over all of our options. They recommended the type of replacement dryer that would work best with our setup, and charged us a very reasonable amount for the service call. I am very impressed. Thank you!
