Cashiers take their sweet time, lines are incredibly long, at most 3 cashiers at a time. Clothes are sorted by color mostly. Didn’t carry exact change so I had to pay with card.

We are waiting in line 1 hour. Cashier is walking through the store and no working. She is on the phone while lots of people in the store!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…. If i could give zero star, I would have. Their customer service is the worst. got a few gift items, unable to return, exchange or even get a store credit. Granted I didn’t have a gift receipt, but once i obtained the actual receipt, they weren’t able to honor it. clothes are def not worth the hassle. I’d go somewhere else with better customer service.
