Dropped of a necklace and pendent for repairs. Clerk called repair guy and gave me estimate on cost. I gave them a email address to contact me when repairs were completed. Within minutes I was flooded with junk for Zales. Contacted by phone to pick up repairs and found only the necklaces was repaired. 3 days later they called and up the price of pendent repair. Told the clerk gave me a estimate… NO I informed them she called for the estimate before I left my jewelry. TUFF :< Still waiting for my pendent to be repaired.
