The service that I received was above standard. I came in dressed casual yet I was treated and somebody they wanted there. The service was so good I bought two rings instead of one. Thanks for the great experience

Bought a ring for my wife for Christmas sent it in to get the ring sized it’s been a month and a half still haven’t received the ring back from sizing the store can’t tell me anything but that my ring is done but not shipped it’s been two weeks that the ring has been done but they can tell me anything else. The manager was supposed to look into this but a week has gone by and no response from the manager. What the hell they won’t give me my money back until they receive the ring what if it never comes back I’m out $1500.00. Never will I shop here again.
