if i could leave 0 stars i would. i have had the absolute worst experience in this store. i ordered my ring in january and havent seen it at all in person. the store employees continued to order the wrong size, and then canceled it all together without me knowing. i’ve been paying all this money on NOTHING. the women in this store are so uneducated & so unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. an engagement is supposed to be a happy experience, this was absolutely the worst experience.
