They lost my wedding band! Sent in 4 items got back 3. They gave me the run around for 3 to 4 weeks when I started questioning why 3 of my items were received and 1 was mysteriously still being repaired. Mind you all I was getting was rhodium plating. Zales had no remorse over losing something so sentimental, they acted like it was no big deal handed me a replacement like that justified anything. I’m devastated Zales took away a piece of one of the most important days of my life!

The ladies here were incredibly helpful; they were able to print what we needed in order to get our rings properly inspected and sent off for replating. Also spent a lot of time with me and my wife helping us think of a ring for us to get for our anniversary. 🙂

Very bad service. The woman who I worked with was little to no help. She wanted to add more fees to my purchase. She had a terrible attitude and made it seem that I should’ve been grateful to buy from her.
