We are rebranding the center from Yuba Sutter Mall to Yuba Sutter Marketplace. Yuba Sutter Marketplace is anchored by JCPenney, Ross Dress For Less, Planet Fitness and Hobby Lobby coming soon. The center has more than 60 specialty retailers, restaurants and children’s soft play area. Specializing in shops for the young adult, Yuba Sutter Mall now offers American Eagle, and Zumiez along with Bath & Body Works, GameStop and many more. The mall is located in Yuba City as a local shopping destination for the Yuba-Sutter area at the intersection of highways 99 and 20.

This mall is the best mall in the yuba city metropolitan area. Sure Roseville and Sacramento have better malls but this one does the job just fine.
