The Mission is an amazing experience. It’s small but packed with history. If you are a history buff it’s worth the trip. It’s also a working mission/church, with daily Catholic mass at 7am and is open to host weddings, baptisms, and funerals. It’s been beautifully restored and you can see the adobe stone work in the walls as well as the windows. There’s plenty of parking and it’s next to casino, so I guess there’s something for others who might want something more exciting? Come out and #supportlocal! ⛪

They were nice and courtesy but I still didn’t get an answer to have services for my brother where I can bury him or to have a service done there for my brother thank you sincerely Ricardo Rodriguez who used to be an altar boy at Suncoast church with Father Ochoa God bless you all

Truly a gem of El Paso and the state of Texas, the Ysleta Mission is the oldest mission in the state of Texas and an icon to Spaniards and the Native Americans where their cultures came together. The Ysleta Mission is a beautiful Catholic Church that has stood the test of time and is a must see along the Mission Trail. I also received my First Communion in this Church many years ago and it will forever be a special place to me.
