These guys are great! My parents, who are in their 70’s, smoked a bearing on the trailer when they were just outside of Johnson city. I called these guys and even though they were busy, they delegated resources to properly go through both axles, advised on safety issues and gave solid advice to get them to the next destination. Once they found that the spindle was compromised they chained the axle up to where my family could safely get to their destination. If I’m ever traveling and have issues, I will definitely be searching the area for a Youngblood shop.

My mother went here. Specifically said NO PENNZOIL! Lady up front told my Mom it’s just what the computer prints on the receipt. Went today for another and the man in the back said he did put Pennzoil in it! Got new tires and didn’t even balance em!!!! Had to come back to balance brand new tires bought there! She’s scared to say anything but I ain’t. I’m out of town, and I’ll be up there when I’m back unless management and/or owner wants to call me. This is absolutely unprofessional!
