Was trying to call in on Saturday to order a part for my vehicle and had bad communication with the phone lines. When I spoke to An operator she stated to me that there’s no managers on the weekend parts or service. I think there should be some type of supervision to hold staff accountable whenever the dealership is up and running. Staff from the parts department are very unprofessional as I noticed a gentleman by the name of Jonathan having conversations like they’re all at home instead of taking care of customers. That was very unprofessional of him as people were waiting getting frustrated as they were waiting for parts. I hope that this problem can be rectified in the future.

The service is great. Had lots of repairs done on my Honda Element. Everything was great except that I paid to have my headlight repaired and it still is not working. All other repairs were good.
