I’m beyond frustrated that they have had my equipment for repair close to two months. When I called in again today, I was told the parts were in but the work wouldn’t be able to be completed. I asked to simply pick up the parts and my equipment and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get collect them for me today. I must be missing something, right? Where do these parts and my equipment need to be collected from? I would imagine my equipment is in a corner somewhere and the parts are in inventory as he stated. I wouldn’t recommend for a couple reasons. 1: I feel they are treating me with indifference, why work with a business that doesn’t demonstrate respect or interest, 2: The estimated turnaround was just just over a month and they failed to deliver, under promise and under deliver.

I have been buying farm and ranch equipment from Yardbird for at least 15 years. He may not be the least expensive, but his knowledge and service & repair people are top notch. It’s worth the extra price to have a long-term relationship with them especially when things wear out or break down. The owner Is not a slick smiling salesman, but an honest hard-working businessman who knows the equipment better than anyone ,
