I love Yankee Candle,but the service is not that good.I rather go to other stores.The staff showed impatient feeling that makes me so stressful. Not friendly for everyone here.

This Yankee Candle is me and my friend Lexie’s favourite Yankee location to visit and we are always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness and I was shocked to read another review that said they felt rushed, because we have spent hours in this little store before spending a modest amount and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have never personally felt rushed here nor seen that type of behaviour from staff here. They have a fabulous selection and the manager even remembered we were huge fans of their sale and she calls us on our cell phones when the sales are about to begin to ensure we get first dibs. Awesome service, awesome candles and superb staff.
