Can’t even tell you about the comfort of my bed because it went bad starting at the delivery service. After 2 minutes of trying they said they couldn’t get the bed up the stairs. I offered to take the railing down and they said they couldn’t wait for me to take the railing down didn’t have time but yet when I called to complain the guy said that they could come back so they obviously had time just poor service. It won’t even matter if my bed’s comfortable or not too many other mattress shops stay away from this one. Not even deserving of 1 star but had to give it to post. We were not given an exact time was told anywhere between 8:30-11 am. They called when in driveway, no advance call to say on their way with an actual time because if so we would have had our railing down. The gentleman who came for delivery right off back DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO TAKE OUR BED UPSTAIRS. So needless to say, I have a frame and boxspring not even set up and mattress downstairs. Because the delivery service was not accurate on giving us a direct time nor a call ahead of time to even say on their way. May have offered to come back but we didn’t want same people who were so rude like we where bothering them to set it up and actually do their job. Either way delivery service was again horrible from beginning as well as the warehouse manager who was just as arrogant as his delivery men.

Store was very clean and organized. Employees including the store manager had masks on. No pressure here, Bill Fisher the store manager was very helpful, kind and made you feel comfortable deciding on which bed to choose. Xtreme mattress is definitely half the price of other stores, and I definitely would recommend this store to anyone.
