My review is regarding online Xfinity account. Wasn’t sure where to post it. Hence, writing it on one of the Xfinity stores hoping to get some help. My Xfinity service started in June 2020 and till the date, I have been facing issues with my online account. When I go to My Account, it displays Thank you for your purchase, we are setting up your account and my comcast login details. I am not able to do anything with my account and I get Invalid Credentials error randomly. I could not even schedule my move online, I had to call them and do it. I have raised it to the customer service through chats multiple times but still awaiting fix. Please help.Update on this: So I went back to the technical support team through online chat, they told me that I need to login with my XFINITY ID and NOT THE EMAIL ID. When I did that, all issues were addressed. Now, this is strange because you don’t get any error messages when you try to log in with your email id. I hope this information helps others facing a similar issue.
