By all accounts, the employees at this store have exceeded my expectations on almost every visit. Granted, my expectations for any interaction with Comcast are unfathomably low, but I would even go so far as to say that I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are always quick and to the point when serving you, rarely trying to up sell you on anything or talk you out of cancelling. They have always been knowledgeable about equipment and procedures. They have never been rude or prying. My only subpar interaction I’ve ever had was when I was unceremoniously shown the door when I asked them to match an online discount in store, but I understand that the employee’s hands must have been tied in that situation. Overall, shockingly pleasant
