Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Customer service rep was rude, and did not help with comcast related issues. Additionally, I could not speak with rep. over the phone. Being a customer to comcast for more than 5 ysars has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a company I pay money to. It may be time to leave.
