Today I went to this store for a technical issue. I’ve tried debugging my self, calling customer service for an hour but couldn’t get any progress. A young black male employee in the store(Sorry I should have asked the name but was in a hurry and forgot to ask) helped out and quickly figured out the issue. The guy is very smart and helpful. Much more helpful than the robot caller customer service. Comcast should really award think about to hire and reward more people like him rather than relying on the dumb robot service. The robot caller just can get stuck into some corner case for very long time and drive people crazy.
