I went to pay for my bill and I was sent to a machine. I put my phone # in and it told me invalid #. We paid the bill like that before. So I was told by on of the customer service reps that I needed n account #. They couldn’t just pull our name up on computer? So I had to go all the way home, couldn’t find a bill then hey bubby go in and try to pay and they told him the same thing. pay and he is the one on the account. What do they do just stand around to greet you to say hello and then push you to a machine to pay? Nice people but come on it took us 5 times for them to take our money. What ever happened to do for the customer . And provide above and beyond customer service. Crazy!
