Just despise this company! The workers we’re helpful but tech-support says one thing and the worker said some thing different. I was told that I need to get a new modem and they did not tell me to bring the old one in. Live 30 minutes out of town so had to make other trip around. I was not happy about that one at all.

Once again Comcast does not fail to disappoint. I have been W/O cable service/internet since 9am this morning…it is now 4:30 pm. After well over an hour,I finally got someone in customer service. With absolutely no answers or resolution to when services will be restored. Not to mention not having ANY knowledge of anything pertaining to comcast!! As a whole this service as well as their customer service SUCKS!!
