Terrible service! We never received our paper bill, and there are no options to pay other than write a check, or go to a pay station whatever that is. They don’t accept debit cards which is insane, what utility company doesn’t take a bank card? I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I would also say, if there was a different provider in Plainview I would definitely switch! Can never get anyone when I call and IF u can get ahold of someone, service is less than adequate! Just my opinion.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. They turned my electricity off because they said they couldn’t read my meter due to my vicious dog (he is a poodle) and now will not turn it back on because it was turned off at the pole so it will take 5-7 business days for it to come back on
