The store is bigger than some other locations so it has a pretty decent selection of shoes. At the price they had i was able to get 2 and maybe even 3 pairs of shoes for the price of 1 at other places. The store was clean and organized, as well as attentive staff that helped me checkout really fast. I will definitely be coming back again.

I want to start with saying Jacob was just awesome. Online customer service assured me that that if I ordered a 7.5 online I would get a 7.5 Womens. I have encountered this issue before from other retailers so I wanted to confirm. Some retailers advertise Van’s shoes as women’s but the sizes are men’s.When I showed up at the store for a curbside pick up order he conformed over the phone that it was a 7.5 mens.Before I could even get upset he proposed several solutions. He checked with the Rialto location and conformed that they had the size I needed. Be took care of it all and brought out my receipt. Gave me clear instructions on what to do.Never once did I set foot in his store. That is important to me because I have diabetes and with the pandemic I don’t go inside stores. He never sounded like I was a problem for him. He solved my problem and was completely friendly the entire time. Jacob WSS has a great employee in you.
