If I could give this company zero stars, I would! The president of the company and individuals that work for corporate are EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive!! My debit card has been scammed and when I called to report the situation and ask about the charge-back/refund process I was given the runaround by one of their corporate employees. I was then given the President of the company’s information and spoke with him. He was very aggressive with his tone as if I did something wrong. I was then told their process of how to deal with the situation which was understandable but while expressing my concerns he was very dismissive and continuously cut me off and blurted out well you’re lucky that I’m even having this conversation with you and just because you go through your card company, that doesn’t mean that we’ll give you your money back! I was infuriated by the conversation because he treated me as if I was some type of peasant who is beneath him because he is the president of his company. I went off on him because I was livid and had never been treated this way. I also called him out on how he was dealing with me and the situation at hand and he completely denied saying those things!! This was just pure madness how a President of a company can behave this way. I’ve never been so disrespected by a place of business in my life, especially when I’m the victim. This really crushed me because I’m an honest, hard working individual who has been scammed and I just wanted to express my concerns, take action towards the situation and ultimately, just want my money back. I will continue to work with my card company to get this situation resolved.With so much going on it is my hopes that people would be a bit kinder to one another.
