Super friendly staff and always willing to help to the best of their knowledge. Seem to have a great selection of pretty much anything you might be needing. To be honest though their wood prices seem to be a little high.

Today, I was disappointed. Their website said my desired item was in stock. I got there, found that they we’re all out; NONE in stock. It gets WORSE: turns out that if it had sold yesterday, their stock order doesn’t go in until Monday, then wouldn’t actually arrive at store for at least another week after THAT. I’m crushed. That’s not good at all. It’s $6 cheaper from Amazon, anyway – but still, I like to TRY to keep the money local – but with an inventory replentishment system like THAT, it’s more likely that they’ll NEVER have what I’m looking for..! 1 – 2 – 3 weeks to get it locally, at a higher price – or, get it tomorrow, cheaper, from Amazon!This just breaks my heart…

The depth of knowledge those at Woodcraft have at Carpentry was evident from when we spoke on the phone and when i was striving to find the best hand saw for the project I was on. The person who help me didn’t tell me exactly what i needed, instead he guided me by giving me the pros and cons of each saw and which one he has used for certain jobs.It was a great experience and i see way Woodcraft is always held in high regard by Carpenters and Woodworkers.
