Service after the sale –> a new concept for these guys. You would think they’d be concerned about people’s safety, particularly when they demonstrate gross negligence by violating building codes during installation, putting the customers at risk. Don’t forget to check out their ‘F’ rating from the BBB.

I had the best experience here. I bought a stove and financed it thru another fireplace dealer. Started paying on it but the other dealer would not ever come to install it , even though the contract stated installation was included. These guys came out , got me the correct chimney that I needed and installed it for me without any issues. They went above and beyond what was needed, no other store was willing to help me with the mess I was in. I highly recommend them.
