I have recently took my family of 5 into this store and Eddie was very helpful to my family. Very professional and kind. I had numerous issues that needed to be handled. It was a great easy painless experience with this Verizon store , I dealt with Luis . He was the best technology advisor I ever had , he was very hands on and very detailed in his work . He was very propitious from the start when I came to the store panicking because my iPhone stopped working . He calmed me down and assured me he would take care of my needs . He was so efficacious in his way of helping me understand exactly what my needs are when it comes to a phone . Any way I walked out with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 along with an iPad so I can still do my apple stuff. He even gave me 10% off of accessories for getting two cases and screen protectors !! , I love my new Samsung to handle all my on the go needs while still having a iPad to do all my apple stuff !! Thank you Luis , you are god sent .
