Our team ordered there softball jerseys from them. We asked for youth sizes and these came in children sizes and the William sporting good rep told us the lady that originally took our order was no longer with the company and they refuse to correct the error. It would be different if 1 or 2 girls got the wrong size it was the complete team got to small of shirts. Now we must reorder and pay almost 20 a jersey when we had a sponsor to pay for the original order that was recieved wrong! I would’nt recommend any sport to use their services. Customer service and satisfaction should be #1 priority!
