Artwork and products excellent. Messages on building’s staircase superb (see pics). Customer service deplorable: the woman that is in charge of this store is rude beyond belief. Also, they call this location an outlet store, but, in our experience, the prices are the same as everywhere else, even though she will try to sell you damaged (i.e., scratched) goods. Do yourself a favor and purchase William Spear’s products ANYWHERE BUT HERE (they are sold in many stores around Alaska).
