This is listed as a Covid testing center, yet the receptionist taking temperatures DOES NOT wear his mask properly. His mask was half off of his face not covering his nose at all. When I brought my concerns to the doctor and nurse that saw me, I was brushed off.Also, I was scheduled for an appointment after being clear with the scheduling staff that I was looking for an evaluation or a referral to a specialist only to find, as I was being seen that this is not something that this office could help me with at all.When asked why I would be scheduled for a service that the office doesn’t provide, I was told by the Dr seeing me that scheduling staff doesn’t know what I do.This is unacceptable. It is the duty of the scheduling staff to know what services an office provides in order to appropriately schedule appointments.Long story short, I will be charged for an appointment where I was offered absolutely no help or referral and very possibly exposed to COVID due to irresponsible staff.Completely disgusting and unprofessional. Do not go to this office if you value your time, money, or health.

The receptionist is extremely rude, I called looking for an appointment for my toothache which practically was unbearable. Had no compassion and actually gave me an appointment 2 months away after I kept on insisting on how much my teeth were hurting. I went in today and they didn’t do anything. Told me I had to go see a specialist and practically did nothing to help elevate some of the pain. Absolutely horrible!
