I’m a husband and this is my POV.The staff at this store has always made my wife feel like the queen of the world, which she is to me of course, but they seem to go the extra mile every time. She has a lot of work functions and meetings she attends even during the pandemic and they have always been “sisters helping her shop” (her words not mine). I just wanted to say some kind words to the staff and the company for what they do.

A cute skirt caught my eye in the window so I popped in the store to check it out. I ended up having the worst customer service experience. The first girl greated me but wouldn’t move from her position where she sat/leaned by the register. The associate wouldn’t take her eyes off me while I browsed. She motioned to another woman working in the store, who then approached her and they started whispering to one another. They both then proceeded to lean against the register and eye me while I shopped. I would definitely never shop at this location again, and it really deters me from the company in general.
