Needed an oil change and full inspection found I needed front brakes and calipers which were a dealer part. Jocelyn was able to get the parts before they closed in 2 hrs and have the car ready for pick-up the next morning. She had excellent customer service and was able to answer all our questions. She and the manager Kyle also gave us a great price. Excellent service and prices are why we continue to use Antioch Wheel Works!

Took longer than they said. One hour turned into three. I got one tire replaced and they didn’t check the air in all the other tires even though i asked it in the office. I left there with two tires that have low Air. I’m going back to Les Schwab where they actually do their job. Also the bald black guy at the counter was rude. Another customer next to me told me he was rude to him earlier. That guy belongs in the back changing tires. Not doing customer service. I WILL NEVER RETURN. + They have no water for customers on hot days.
