I came in for my tire to be patched about 7:30. The associate said the wait will be 2 hours and by 10am it will be fixed. At 9:45 nobody had even started on my car and during this time I see other cars coming in getting worked on. They kept taking cars and also started working on those cars. I can only assume since my car was a free service they didn’t care to give me quality as they was giving countless other customers. I seen them bringing in cars and keeping the customers updated and letting them know what was going on with there cars. When it came to me I only got information w when I asked when are they going to work on my car. After 2 and a half hours he got someone to start working on it, then an hour after that I checked again and that person had stopped and my car was still not done. I had to keep asking and he got someone else to finish the patch. The service today was unacceptable. The associate tried to explain having an appointment would have resulted in faster service, but he failed to realize that I didn’t get know updates or acknowledgement as he was giving plenty of other customer around me. 4 hours is a long wait to patch a tire and any of the other service men could have assisted me, but he made wait for one particular repair guy that was working on a that took several hours to fix instead of giving me to someone else that was available.

After working on my project car for the last two years, I finally got new wheels and wanted to save a few bucks on an alignment as a plan to change the bushings eventually. I read many negative reviews for Wheel Works, but thought they really couldn’t screw up anything on my car that badly… They follow a computer that tells them what bolts to tighten and how much, so why not? I made an online appointment which was fast and easy for the next day at 3pm. The next day, I called ahead and asked if they had any earlier openings? The man on the phone, Stephen, said I could bring my car at noon, that they had an opening. I drove over and handed them my keys. My car wasn’t seen until 3PM. Why tell me to come three hours early? That was annoying, but forgivable. What was unforgivable is how they treated my car. They totally mangled the boots on my steering rack and tore a hole in one. I photographed before and after photos. On top of that, when I got my car back, I asked why my camber wasn’t adjusted back to factory spec? Stephen told me that Special shims needed to be ordered and that would be $500 extra in labor. It’s one eccentric bolt that needs to be turned! Please please please, believe the negative reviews and avoid this place at all costs! Their lack of basic car mechanical understanding from management down to the techs is truly frightening!

Steven, Gil and Chewy were great! I found them to be very helpful and professional! Back shocks replaced, new spark plugs, oil changed, all good!!
