After many months of not being in a mall I finally went to the Stonewoood Mall in Downey, caand I was craving a pretzel with jalapeño cheddar cheese but I was very disappointed becauseI was given a pretzel that most likely had been sitting for hours. It tasted old and stiff. I paid over $7

Calling just now no answer !!!! Say closed at 10pm no one answered just wanted to know if u guy’s delivery bye doordash!! Or yourself delivery services. Because I wanted Wetzel soo bad order couple of stuff from your menu few pretzels, and lemonade icy, pizza pretzel. Etc. Since no answer i give it a 3 star for bad customer service. But is a 5 star to eat at. Time 4 me to travel now to New Mexico next month. Or Arizona. Calling time 8:20pm closed time say 10pm.
